Tim Auzinger is a media artist and creative technologist currently based in Nuremberg, DE. In his practice, he combines analog and digital disciplines to create interactive, often performative experiences that explore the boundary between reality and illusion. His focus is on shaping space and atmosphere: through light, animation, and movement, he investigates how technology can serve as a poetic medium.

Tim’s work often emerges in dialogue with others and is characterized by its collaborative, experimental, and context-sensitive approach. With a strong foundation in TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, and physical computing, he draws upon a wide range of technologies and tools for each project, always adapting to its unique aesthetic and conceptual requirements.

As a co-founder of the media art collective Hadihopsasa, he has realized projects in public spaces and contributed to exhibitions at venues including Kunsthaus Nürnberg, the lab.30 Festival, Sónar Festival, and more.
